There is no minimum booking period.
The prices displayed are in RON and include VAT; these taxes will be shown on the invoice or receipt issued.
According to the laws in force, an order placed on this website is considered a contract between the user and SC TIP-TOP ESPRESSO SRL and must be fulfilled by both parties. This means that SC TIP-TOP ESPRESSO SRL undertakes to provide the services requested according to the bookings made.

We reserve the right to make any changes to these terms and conditions, as well as any changes to the website, without prior notice to users.
No deposit is required for bookings, but it is welcome. We reserve the right to block the amount of the booking on the customer’s card when the booking is made.
Any booking can be cancelled free of charge three days before arrival.
In case of late cancellation, the cost of the first night will be charged, or the full cost in case of no-show.
Check-in is from 3 pm and check-out is until 11 am. If the room is not vacated by 11 am, the following day will also be charged.
Please arrive at the reception by 10 pm; in case of an unannounced delay, the booking is cancelled automatically.
Every child is welcome. Children under 6 stay free of charge if they use the existing beds. Extra beds cost 20 lei for children and 30 lei for adults.
Young people over 12 are considered adults.
Children under 2 get a free cot, subject to availability.
Pets are welcome on request, for an extra charge.
In case of accidental damage on the premises of the guesthouse, the real cost will be assessed and paid at the reception or later (as the case may be).
Smoking is not allowed in the rooms, according to the law. In case of non-compliance, additional cleaning costs will be charged.
